Fully furnished room for rent in Stanmore. Great location, close to Newtown and King Street, and close to Sydney University. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and has a balcony overlooking the area.
The room is available from 22 August - 24 October. I will be overseas for 9 weeks and want to get my rent covered for some or all of the time I am away. You will have more luck securing the room the longer you are able to stay. The rent is $250/wk and includes all rent, bills and unlimited internet.
The other two rooms are occupied by couples. Most times everyone is working or out of the house, except at night and the weekends. Very open and friendly flatmates who sometimes like to do group activities and are social with other members of the flat.

- 10 min walk to King Street with many bars, cafes, restaurants and nightlife
One thing to note is that the apartment is located near to train tracks and an roundabout. Sometimes the noise from the tracks and/or road can be heard but closing the window fixes this.
